Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your Jaber Connect account. Once approved, your directly identifying profile and uploaded account documents will be deleted or anonymized:

• Your profile information (name, email, account ID)
• Profile and document uploads controlled by Jaber Connect
• Support requests and device notification tokens
• Direct identifiers in activity and location-denial logs

Legally required security, exam, transaction, and other limited historical records may remain under a pseudonymous account identifier for audit and statutory retention. They are not presented as active profile data.

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
