Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your Jaber Connect account and all associated data. Once approved, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Your profile information (name, email, employee ID)
• Exam history and scores
• Video progress and activity data
• Points and shop redemption history
• All other account-related data

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
